REFUNDS & RETURNS, cancellations & damages
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product or you ordered something by mistake we can offer return policy. Please follow these simple steps for each case below:
- Can I cancel my order or make any changes to it?
We work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!
- Can I return the product?
Yes! Just send us an email at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of your package, with your order number, full name and the name of the product(s). After approved, you will receive notification with return address for the item. NOTE: Don't send it back without contacting us first! and also please DO NOT send your order back to our Asian warehouse/manufacturer.
Please be also aware that the returned item must be in their original condition and packaging, unused or opened. We are also unable to refund original shipping fee and return shipping fee.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- What to do with damaged / faulty product on arrival?
We are very sorry to hear that, but it is possible that occasionally an item can suffer in transit. Please send us mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item. We will refund or replace your product as soon as we have your photo and email.
- How long does it take to receive the refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- Please be also aware that:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- products with obvious signs of use (scratches, wear etc)
- any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
For products to be exchanged, depending on where you live, the time it may take to reach you, may vary. But usually it is not more than regular shipping time while ordering the item.
